FDA orders sleep aid dosage cut for women
After getting reports of hundreds of driving-related incidents and accidents involving sleeping pills like Ambien that contain the drug Zolpidem, the Food and Drug Administration is ordering drug makers to cut the dosage in half for women, from 10 to 5 milligrams.

Most nights Michael doesn't get home until after the kids go to bed so I'm pttery much a single mom during the week. I try and feed them healthy food, but there are plenty of nights that we opt for pizza or McDonalds. It is hard, but it gets easier the older they get. other naked it doesn't even cross their minds they have different parts. When Michael is away at night (which is often) Damian sleeps all night in my bed. Neither of us like to sleep alone so we enjoy our extra cuddling time.
