The National Cooperative Purchasing Alliance (NCPA), a leading national government purchasing cooperative that buys products for public agencies, has chosen cleaning products manufacturer Zep, Inc. as a Janitorial Supplies, Equipment, Maintenance and Repair vendor. The NCPA works to secure the highest quality products at the lowest prices for school districts, local governments, healthcare organizations, nonprofit corporations and other agencies.
Zep is committed to creating sustainable cleaning products and solutions that meet the demands of facilities like hospitals and schools without negatively affecting the environment. The company continuously seeks out greener raw materials for its products, and uses packaging components like 100 percent recycled corrugate cardboard and plastic bottles with recycled content.
Zep's position as an NCPA vendor makes healthy, nontoxic cleaning solutions more readily available to public agencies, helping them meet the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency's guidelines for green cleaning. More than 90,000 agencies nationwide from both public and nonprofit sectors utilize the NCPA program.
