On Sept. 25 in Los Angeles, PETA will celebrate its 30th anniversary with a gala and humanitarian awards event. Not surprisingly, the evening will feature some familiar famous faces from past animal-friendly campaigns — as well as recognition for a few new ones just starting to lend a hand.

Animal-activist Alec Baldwin has agreed to host the evening's festivities — which beyond the awards will include musical performances, delectable vegan food, and unique silent auction items.

“PETA has become a cultural force through creative campaigns that have made society reexamine its relationship with animals,” Baldwin said in a release. “Nobody looks at fur, meat, circuses, or animal testing the way they did 30 years ago. PETA has brought us a long way, and we have a lot to celebrate.”

Some of the celebrities being honored include Anjelica Huston, Bob Barker, Charo, Olivia Munn, Woody Harrelson, Christian Serratos, Dave Navarro, Eli Roth, Joanna Krupa, Kellan Lutz, and Lea Michele from "Glee". Other presenters expected at the event include Chrissie Hynde, Pamela Anderson, Casey Affleck, Bryan Adams and Wilmer Valderrama.

Online tickets are currently sold out, but PETA has set up additional info on how to score entry at the official site here. Good luck!
