Well that was quick.
The 4,000 square foot home features ocean views, private beach access, a pool, a tennis court, lush gardens, and two separate guest houses. Besides the extensive renovations, Pitt also had a second story added by the environmentally conscious designer Christopher R. Sorensen.
Website Real Estalker is reporting that DeGeneres and Rossi have flipped the property, selling it for $13M and banking an easy profit in less than a year. The 54-year-old comedian appears to have a knack for real estate, having purchased and flipped several big properties over the years. The largest one still on the market is the Hidden Valley Horse Ranch covering 26 lush acres in Hidden Valley, CA. You can own that one for just over $16M.
Certainly, real estate isn't the only thing making DeGeneres rich. The Hollywood Reporter has just released a feature on her growing empire - which at earnings of over $50M a year from television, makes her daytime's top earner.
