Actors John Krasinski and Emily Blunt have bought a country home in Ojai, California for $2.15 million.
Their new 4,177 square-foot-pad includes 4 bedrooms, 4.5 baths, four fireplaces, high ceilings, swimming pool with spa, and a three-car garage. It also reportedly has several green features, including a full solar array to help power the place.
The couple, who wed in 2010, will also have plenty of space to roam. The property includes five acres surrounded by mountains and hiking trails. As TMZ points out, it's also within walking distance to some great organic farmers markets. Fantastic.
If Ojai sounds familiar, it's because it's the place Reese Witherspoon (until recently) has called home since 2009. The 36-year-old actress last month listed her 7-acre ranch for $10 million, which features four bedrooms, 3.5 bathrooms, a beamed-ceiling living room (with a massive stone fireplace), a large and bright country kitchen opening to a large dining room, and a library loft with fireplace.
If you ask me, it sounds like Blunt and Krasinski got a steal of a property at only $2.15 million.
