Yes world, Justin Bieber turns 18 today. And yes, people are going nuts. And finally, yes, he received an awesome present.

The pop sensation, who also doubles-down as a really great guy with a big heart for his fans, appeared on "The Ellen DeGeneres Show" to reveal his new single from an upcoming album. Naturally, Ellen DeGeneres also had another surprise waiting for him, courtesy of his business manager, Scooter Braun, and entertainer Usher.

Braun told Bieber on the show, “You work really really hard. I always yell at you: Don’t get anything flashy. You know, we’re not about that. Be humble, be humble and I kind of broke my own rule. ... So we wanted to make sure your were environmentally friendly, and we wanted to make sure since you love cars that when you’re on the road, you are always environmentally friendly, and we decided to get you a car that would make you stand out.”

“I think you know where I’m going and you’re kind of freaking out right now,” added Braun, who then revealed behind a curtain a gorgeous new all-electric Fisker Karma sports car.

Yup, these are the same expensive wheels that Leonardo DiCaprio walked away with last July. Pricing in the U.S. starts at $102,000 for the basic model, and $116,000 for the top model.

Leading up to the announcement, Ellen showed various images of the work Bieber has done to help fans who are suffering from cancer and other diseases. As one example, just a few weeks ago he flew 6-year-old Avalanna Routh and her family to NYC for a day together. The young cancer patient is fighting is an atypical teratoid rhabdoid tumor (AT/RT) that is extremely rare and is diagnosed in less than 30 cases per year.

According to MSNBC, the two played board games, signed autographs for each other, and Avalanna even was "able to lay her hands on the famous Bieber hairdo and style it her own way."

Bieber's manager also revealed that the star was so inspired by his visit with Avalanna that he wants to start a website where he meets with one lucky (and in need) fan every week.
