Actress Lisa Edelstein, best known for her role on the hit medical series "House," has become the latest celebrity activist to strip down and pose nude for PETA.
The animal rights organization photographed the 44-year-old on a beautiful bed of kale with the caption "Eat Green to Go Green."
The long-time vegetarian (28 years) says eating a diet rich in fruit and vegetables is not only good for your body, but also the planet.
“A vegetarian diet is a really important part of what we need to do to help the environment," she says. ”The meat industry is really toxic to the environment. The cattle industry — besides the fact that there’s a lot of cruel things happening — the manure is extremely toxic.”
