Maggie Q, star of The CW's action-thriller series "Nikita," is once again the focus of a provocative and beautiful PETA ad.

Back in 2007, Maggie (whose real name is Margaret Denise Quigley) stripped down for two pro-vegetarian ads that featured strategically placed vegetables covering her genitals. "I feel better, I have more energy on and off the set, and I have the satisfaction of knowing that I'm doing something to help stop animal suffering," she said of her commitment to the vegetarian lifestyle.

For the new ad, the 33-year-old (now a vegan) is once again nude and covered in body paint representing the Earth. She is asking everyone to “Fight Climate Change with Diet Change” and go veg.

“There’s really nothing tied to this issue that isn’t sort of dark and needs to be sort of fixed, in a big way," Maggie says in a video interview for PETA. "There are so many issues tied to the meat industry: social, environmental, humanitarian – all of them. I know that when I’m eating that I’m not hurting the planet; I’m not hurting other people on this planet; I’m not hurting animals; and I’m not hurting nature.”

She adds, “Truly, the weight of the world depends on us. It depends on our choices and I that wish people would pick up a book, or watch a documentary, and understand that their choices can really make a difference.”
