With Halloween a little over a month away, it's time to once again look forward to AMC's deliciously addicting zombie drama, "The Walking Dead."
The series, based on the enormously successful comic books of the same name, has been a massive hit for the network, breaking all sorts of ratings records and laying claim one of the best pieces of horror ever to grace the small screen.
Now, as AMC gets ready to debut the third season on Oct. 14, the marketing to reel in more of the living is in full swing — complete with trailers, promo pics, posters and other goodies.
The latest trailer below is a 30-second bit that shows off the kind of drama the survivors will find themselves up against. "It's a journey into the unknown, and it's a huge, huge gamble, but it just shows how desperate they are," Andrew Lincoln, who plays Rick Grimes, said earlier this summer. "The pace of (season three) is darker, harder, faster, deeper."
