If Steve McQueen's 500-acre ranch in Idaho isn't enough — and you've got a much deeper wallet — perhaps Tim McGraw and Faith Hill's massive Tennessee farm will tempt you.
The country music stars, married since 1996, have placed the 753-acre spread on the market for a whopping $20 million. According to Real Estalker, the couple merged two smaller properties in 2001 to form the current estate, located only 30 miles from downtown Nashville.
In addition to three residences, plus a 12-stall horse barn, the farm also includes a beautiful antebellum mansion that dates back to 1856.
"Privately situated down a snaking drive deep in the heart of the 400+ acre larger parcel, the grand, Greek meets Italianate Revival style mansion needs a complete, sensitive, and thoughtful renovation/restoration," reports Real Estalker. "The stately structure measures 6,856 square feet, according to the Davidson County Tax Man, and includes a paneled library with voluminous ceilings and a gigantic, 20-foot by 40-foot entrance hall with a swooping, circular floating staircase that staircase divas like Scarlett O'Hara and Auntie Mame would surely have swooned over and swanned down."
So yes, unless you're extremely handy and very rich, this may not be the dream score you've been waiting for.
