Mark-Paul Gosselaar, Kathryn Morris and Olivia Munn give you a double dose of green. See their tips here. (Gerri Miller)

Read the transcript

Mark-Paul Gosselaar: Hi, I'm Mark-Paul Gosselaar.

Kathryn Morris: Hi, I'm Kathryn Morris.

Olivia Munn: I'm Olivia Munn and you're watching the Mother Nature Network.

Mark-Paul Gosselaar: Hi, I'm Mark-Paul Gosselaar from "Raising the Bar," uh, my ocean tip would be please don't dump anything down storm drains. Everything you dump down there goes stright to the ocean, we need our oceans, and it's up to you.

Mark-Paul Gosselaar: Hi, my name is Mark-Paul Gosselaar. My green tip for the day is buy a Prius. Everybody can buy a Prius, right? Or lease one. Rent one. Get a green car.

Kathryn Morris: Hi, I'm Kathryn Morris and my green tip is to actually look into getting solar power. There are so many avenues, you can pick from the phone book, you can probably see a sign in your neighborhood that says "go solar." I have the big binder sitting on my desk right now and it's just those baby steps and learning more things about the possibility of doing that.

Kathryn Morris: I'm Kathryn Morris and my green tip is definitely trade in your car for a hybrid and really look in to solar in your neighborhood if you can, and unplug everything as often as you can when you're not in that room.

Olivia Munn: Hey everyone, I'm Olivia Munn and my green tip of the day is install a water filter in your home sink, that way you don't have to use bottles anymore and people can just drink right out of the faucet. Also, um, invent a time machine, so we can go back in time before people ruined our earth. Thank you, bye.

Olivia Munn: Hey everyone, I'm Olivia Munn and my green tip of the day is don't use paper towels. Just, you know, get a regular towel and wash it. That makes sense, right?

Mark-Paul Gosselaar: Hi, I'm Mark-Paul Gosselaar.

Kathryn Morris: I'm Kathryn Morris.

Olivia Munn: Hi everyone, I'm Olivia Munn and you're watching the Mother Nature Network.

Way to go, Olivia!! Love that she's Eco-Savvy. :) Water filters in the home are a great touch, as Olivia mentioned. You'll also save the money you'd spend on buying plastic bottles of water by using the filters to fill your own reusable containers each day.

Good suggestions all around. It actually made me think about the copious amounts of bottled water I drink and the fact that my community doesn't have a recycling program, so basically I am throwing away an awful lot of plastic. To compensate I hardly ever use paper towels so..... = )

Good idea for the water filter as we are so dependent on bottle water. Thanks for making me laugh with the time machine joke too :)

Good tips from all three. It'll be a while before I get that Hybrid but my landlord is actually looking into solar. I already use towels over paper ones. Olivia added a nice humorous touch with time machines which I'm always hoping for.

while they all had good suggestions for helping the environment, olivia munn's were the only ones you could start doing right away w/o great expense...filtering your water and not using paper towels are great ways to go greener in your life.
