Olympic Stadium

It's designed to seat 80,000 people during the Games, but Olympic Stadium still managed to scored major points for sustainability.

The stadium is 75 percent lighter than other stadiums because of its lack of heavy steel, and the concrete used is low-carbon and sourced from industrial waste.

After the Games, the stadium will be scaled down from 80,000 seats to 25,000 seats and will be used for a variety of sports and cultural events for years to come.
