9 celebrities who haven't aged well: Time's not on their side
Composite image

I happen to thing this article is mean, and quite senseless..
Actor x looks nothing like they did when they were 20. Umm right... quite obviously.. the irony is that most of them look great for their age.

This whole article is INCREDIBLY MEAN-SPIRITED!!! Meanwhile, I'd LIKE TO SEE A PICTURE OF THE PERSON WHO WROTE THIS ARTICLE!!!

This article is meaningless. The same could be said about millions of other people on Earth.

This article is just so awful and disrespectful to our elders. I'm making a note to steer clear of this website. I hope that if I am fortunate enough to make it to 70 or 80 I won't have to deal with such awful, judgemental people.

These people are in their 70' s and 80' s ! What do you expect them to look like! Of course someone in their 80s don't look how they did in their 20' s, that doesn't mean they did not age well...their was even a lady on the list who was SICK and couple of people who DIED years ago! people who don't age well would be someone who is still young like 20-50 and look old and not their age...these are just old people on the list who look their age...

I believe what you are seeing in these pictures is the normal process of aging. I think the author should be ashamed. And all of you who are laughing, let me tell you what...it won't be so funny when it happens to you.

Disgusting article. You should be ashamed of putting this on your website when you are promoting natural health. I will never visit this website again.

honestly most of this has nothing to do with "aging" it's just celebrities who have gained weight as they've gotten older

fyi - kathleen turner has had plastic surgery that's why she looks horrendous. it has nothing to do with her many illnesses.

Whoever wrote this drivel should be ashamed of him/herself, and whoever published this garbage should never be allowed to publish anything again - our World is much much more important than the focus of this bilge!!

So you prefer the plastic version of the other stars who are in the same age bracket?? Or are you saying that only a youthful appearance is acceptable as "aging well"? I think each actor featured here looks pretty awesome and should be commended for allowing themselves to be seen in their true form instead of buying into the "youth is where it's at" airbrushed, plastic surgery, keep-me-young-at-all-costs concept that is so prevalent these days.

Shame. This is a shallow and disgusting article. I just stumbled on this site but, after this, won't bother returning. What does this have to do with Mother Nature? You certainly failed to make that connection. Instead you attack people for growing old and facing life challenges. Did it make you feel good when you wrote, edited, and published this? Nothing but sensationalist bullying. That's "human nature" not " Mother Nature."

Appaled at the content of this article. I will not be returning to this site.

What is considered beautiful at 70 isnt the same as 20. As i age i find the men im attracted to DONT have smooth as a baby skin and I Love graying hair. This was a very distasteful article and i personally think you should take it DOWN!!!!!! Wow!!!!

This is my first time on this site...it was sent to me by a coworker. When I saw this article it immediately turned me off. What judgement and pettiness. And as usual it aims at overweight people...how very sad to sink to that level. I doubt I'll read more.
Are you KIDDING me? What an APPALLING article? Is this a crosspost with The Onion or People magazine? Done with your site. Won't be reading you anymore.

I agree with Betty. The whole tenor of this article is the opposite of the rest of the site. Very disappointing. I didn't come here for trivial and mean spirited celebrity gossip.

Actually, it makes me feel less bad about having gone from skinny, pretty young woman to someone I hardly recognize. But, like Brigitte, I do all I can for animals, wild and domestic. Much better way to spend money than on plastic surgery.

But the article wasn't about celebs who give the most. It was about celebs, most of whom were revered for their beauty aged the worst. And? So? Write an article on who saves the most cats if it is of interest to you.

What I find shocking is that there are those who expect people, including celebrities, to stay young and beautiful forever. Shame on these folks for not being smart and kicking it young like Marilyn Monroe, James Dean, Heath Ledger, etc. It was so nice of them to die so we don't have to watch them age and possibly become unattractive. I'm sure their friends and family felt the same. [/sarcasm]

this photo-article is quite mean-spirited. shame on whoever wrote and included this. this is the first time i've visited your website, and this does not reflect well against the values that i thought i'd find here.

Sorry this is the first thing you found on here, betty. Most mnn stuff is more enlightened than this, but I guess every website has its share of duds and this is certainly one of them. If I want to read this kind of stuff, I'll stick with TMZ.

I'd say 99.9% of us don't age gracefully, unless we choose to nip and tuck things, and even then it doesn't look natural. People age, and have genetic disorders, including those in the public eye. How do you/will you look in your 60's and 70's compared to when you were in your 20's. Get real.
Whoever put together this nasty list must be the life of the party at their High School Reunions :( MNN needs to stick to real issues, not slam people for being people.

Comparing them to pics when they were young is vastly unfair. No one was intended to stay the same, .........no one.

I don't see what the point is of this tasteless gallery of aging movie stars.
We are all vulnerable, age and prone to human weaknesses.
Only the gutter press/media (and now you,mnn ) single out celebrities in this
disgusting fashion. You should be ashamed of yourself and remove this ugly minded 'gallery'.

Excess weight, booze, drugs and not caring for one’s health can take a toll but that aside, I am ok with a natural aging. It should be just as ok or even more ok to naturally age than to have plastic surgery….. and that is for anyone even those in Holly Wood.

You bet, carmilla 5. The Earth and Her animal are worth more then some shallow person's opinion about what we think is beautiful.
I think Ms Bardot is still incredibly beautiful, inside AND out.

Quite right, Carmilla. We came across Brigitte Bardot last year, driving in the narrow sea side lane near her home of La Madrague, and side-parked in the bushes to let her car go - what a charming smile the old lady has.
Must say i'm surprised in this case by the lack of taste of Mother natures network - otherwise it seems a good site.

Yes, I too agree that this is BS that MNN have articles such as these. How is this informative? Not exactly a natural network.

not exactly providing environmental and socially responsible news and information but then again the MNN was founded by a former marketing executive. Who edits this crap?
Hi Carmillia, you make a good point....though in many cases, these folks have had plastic surgery & other interventions and that is part of the issue.

Hope & the team at MNN.com

Ill bet if they did have a little plastic surgery it was 40 years ago! Come on really... They ALL look absolutely beautiful for their age and they shouldnt have to keep getting nipped and tucked just so some person who is probably 25 can call them their basically ugly :(

I don't think I would read another story of yours after this one. Shame on you!

Marlon Brando, look at him, just horrible.
