Oscar the cat sports a new pair of prosthetic paws in June, the result of a surgical procedure by neuro-orthopaedic surgeon Noel Fitzpatrick of Surrey, England.

 

Oscar's rear paws were chopped off by a combine harvester while he was basking in the sunshine. Oscar can walk again, thanks to these custom-made implants that mimic the way deer antler bone grows through skin.
