Brendan Fraser stars as brash real estate developer Dan Sanders, who is about to launch a new housing subdivision project in the pristine wilderness of Oregon. In this man-versus-animal farce, the animals comically sabotage the housing development and teach Sanders about the environmental consequences of man's callous use of nature.
