A German shepherd lunges through three burning hoops held up by soldiers of a special forces military unit on April 7 during a public showcase of military skills inside a Belarussian base near Minsk.

 

The soldiers are celebrating the anniversary of the inception of their unit by inviting the public to observe a demonstration of their skills, which include brick breaking techniques — with flaming bricks — and dogs that can jump through rings of fire.
