When Lehigh University graduate student Lisa Glover showed up at a campus Halloween party in her handmade 15-foot velociraptor costume, she brought the party to a halt.

The reaction to her cardboard costume inspired her to create smaller foldable dinosaurs and launch a Kickstarter campaign to fund the project.

Although Glover was looking to raise only $8,000, her 3-D paper velociraptors were so popular that she has raised more than $100,000.
