Workers try to save Rosie the Riveter plant, but time is running out
Michigan's Willow Run bomber plant, where Rosie the Riveter and other workers constructed B-24 bombers during World War II, is scheduled to be demolished this week.
A group of former workers has been trying to save the factory and convert part of it into a museum. Their "Save the Bomber" campaign has successfully pushed back the demolition deadline and raised $7 million.
However, they're still $1 million short and demolition has already started on some parts of the building.
