Sailboats can act as small homes and combination transportation.

need to see how this works. what happens to the toilet water, utensils and pots and pans. i mean u'd have to strap everything down everyday? what if ur on the pot and ur partner comes home and rotates the house or sleeping and he comes home drunk and starts rotating it to use the bathroom! lol

this would actually be pretty awesome. . . if it were in a basement or garage that you lived in, and you needed a toilet and bathroom. would be great for a homeless person too. other than that, no thanks. these are all just smaller sized mobile homes with no protection from weather, robbing, and rape. people wouldn't even have to "break in" to your home if you had one of these. . . they would just have to walk in.

I don't think the whole thing rolls around on the ground, it's probably mounted on some sort of stand. (maybe)

Maybe some sort of hanging device added would mean you wouldn't need the big outdoor space- like a mouses wheel?

Would not want to roll the toilet too far. Wouldn't want to be around during any kind of wind, either.

Sure, it's in the same small space, but you need a big space outdoors to roll around in.

I'm pretty sure this wouldn't be free rolling. It must be on axles so it rolls in place.....

Rollit Homes

Students at the University of Karlsruhe in Germany designed these chic modular homes, which are built to incorporate multiple uses inside one small living space. The home functions like a mouse on a wheel; the homeowner can change the structure of the house by walking in the center to rotate it. With just a little bit of daily exercise, the unit can be turned to reveal a bed, lounge chair, table, shower, toilet, or a kitchen sink — all in the same space!
