Red Rock Scenic Byway

Location: Arizona

Length: 7.5 miles

Recommended drive time: One day

Scenery: Immediately south of the new age-y tourist-trap town of Sedona is a short but sweet scenic road that travels through some mighty iconic natural scenery: a collection of jaw-dropping red sandstone formations known as the Red Rocks of Sedona. Be prepared to pull over, put your hiking shoes on and find your spiritual center somewhere in the middle of the Arizona high desert.
