A dead whale found in New York Harbor this week may have been struck by a Norwegian Cruise Lines ship.

The boat was disabled for several hours Monday, which might have been the result of the whale getting tangled in the ship's steering system. However, marine biologists found no evidence of propeller marks from the ship on the Sei whale, but have determined it was stuck by the 1,060-foot Norwegian Breakaway on May 4 in the Hudson River, according to the New York Daily News.
