All my faves are here!

I am always a bit sceptical about reading articles like this thinking it is going to be full of things I either can't get in Japan or things I really hate, but I was so happy to discover that I LOVE all of the things on the list. Some, like strawberries are really expensive here and I wonder if the high pesticide content overweighs the high vitamin and mineral benefits. Other things like Oysters, which are in abundant supply here in Hiroshima are not my favorite, but I will make more of an.... More

Organic foods

I agree that if we take care of our bodies by putting the best things into it, it will keep us well. However, many conventionally raised foods are loaded with pesticides and herbicides, and contain far less nutritional value. So eating organic foods as often as possible is the best strategy. I have also found that therapeutic essential oils also raise the body's frequencies which also helps protect from viruses and bad bacteria.

I just had a bad virus whit fever....I pass true it after 4 days. I was eating fruits(orange,kiwi,cantaloop,celeri,) as raw food. I had a soya spaghetti with mushroom,pepper,tofu,brocoli,zucchini ,garlic,ginger,oregano,cumin. Also eat dark orange chocolate"thé des bois" and thym tea.and I finish on with sola a cup of water with activated charcoal powder...rub me body with essential oil of euchalyptus....Gone Gone after 4 days of treating it...So I beleive we dont need vaccination ....Trust.... More
