Whether ruffled blouses are in this season or not’s a debate for the fashion magazines. What I do know is that the upcycled blouses in Urban Outfitters’ Urban Renewal
section always look cute!

Upcycled fashionistas in Los Angeles can get local as well as eco while shopping Urban Renewal pieces. Urban Outfitters gets some of its fashions from SuperLuckyCat, an upcycled clothing company founded by Michael Baffico and Crystal Butler in downtown L.A. Blogdowntown recently profiled the duo
