Right now, the competition’s been narrowed from 125 enviro-women to 10 lucky finalists from across the U.S. Curious what these girls look like and how they’ve demonstrated their commitment to eco-causes? Check out the bios on the Project Green Search website.
The finalists themselves will mingle with the crowd at the party, discussing the eco-brands they’re wearing — and their mingling abilities will be judged! According to Project Green Search’s press release, “the judges will evaluate the winner's ability to represent the brands they are showcasing, get a measure on their speaking ability and charisma to help their decision.”
That means the eco-famous judges like like green fashion designer Deborah Lindquist and Josie Maran, model and green beauty line founder, will be at the party, too. Their evaluations will go into making the final decision on who gets the eco-trophy — which’ll be announced at 9:30 p.m.
Along with the trophy, the winner will get a contract with Hollywood Model & Select Talent Management, professional photos for her portfolio, an eco-fashion wardrobe, green beauty products, and other goodies — plus cover shots and interior spreads in Organic Spa Magazine, Coco Eco Magazine, Peppermint Magazine, E Magazine, and others.
