Zero Footprint Shirt

Dave Rittinger, a New York artist and designer, developed five Zero Footprint Shirts that could “leave” you wondering just how much greener a shirt could get. The leafy garments are made from just leaves and glue, and Rittinger wove each of them carefully by hand. If you think these shirts are little impractible, you’re right — and Rittinger agrees with you. He says the deisgn is “an exercise in embracing ecological consciousness, illustrating how beautiful and also unpractical extremes can sometimes be.”
