Turn the potato into a stamp

1. Using the knife, carefully carve the surface of the potato outside of the outlines, about 1/4 inch to 1/2 inch deep so that only the shape remains, forming a raised stamp at least 1/4 inch high. Be careful not to scratch or cut the surface of the shape!
