Have you heard of using a top quality microfiber cloth with just water? This new science of cleaning is amazing. No mixing of your own products, cuts down on use of paper towels, and eliminates the need for cleaning agents.

I use vinegar to clean, but it, um, mostly comes in plastic bottles these days, especially the gallon size like I usually get. Just saying that you're still using plastic and I'm not sure what to do to avoid that. Would be nice if natural food stores sold bulk vinegar. Maybe some do, but not the ones in my area.
