Garbage and recycling
Minneapolis ranked third in recycling glass, metal and plastics regularly, while Houston came in last. (San Francisco, you may recall, ranked first.)
Joining Houston at the bottom of the overall rankings were Cleveland (24), Atlanta (23), Tampa (22), Indianapolis (21) and Miami (20).
