DIY lunches are too easy not to do
Reused takeout container stuffed with greens (if spinach, eat raw; if collards or kale, microwave 2-3 minutes). Add potato (3 minutes in microwave) or have sliced vegs such as mushrooms with squash to heat and add to the leafy mixture, topping with olive oil, pepper, sea salt...add a piece of fruit (or container if a melon), and there's lunch. It's better than most of the food I could get out and isn't heavy enough to put me to sleep.
