Xcel Energy officially rebranded its homes program to Xcel Energy-Energy Star homes in 2008. Xcel Energy recieved the Energy Star Partner of the Year recognition. The company also provides energy-efficient marketable solutions by investing more than $200,000 in market research and value added services improvements.

3M, a diversified technology company with a worldwide presence, has received Energy Star Sustained Excellence recognition for the fourth time, awarding the St. Paul company's efforts to expand its energy management program and realize significant energy savings. The U.S. Department of Energy awarded the company for exceeding its goal of reducing energy consumption.

Best Buy
