There's more to New York than the Big Apple! Despite New York City's status as the most populous city in the United States, the majority of the remaining state is overwhelmingly forests, rivers, mountains, farms and the like -- including the largest state park in the United States.

Interesting how the opening blurb of this slideshow states there's more to New York than the city, yet 3 of the pictures in the slideshow describe certain things in NYC (the subway, really?). While the rest just get general descriptions of very large areas within the state. There is so much more to this state! Not impressed.
