Battelle and its partners, Advanced Image Resources and the Ohio Soybean Council, received the EPA's Greener Synthetic Pathways Award for development and commercialization of Biobased TonerThe new soy-based toner and its technology can save significant amounts of energy and allow more paper fiber to be recycled.
The U.S. Department of Energy named ITW Food Equipment Group Partner of the Year.  In addition to its environmentally friendly equipment design, ITW supports their customers' push to consume less energy and water. The U.S. Department of Energy awarded the company for utilizing a high level of products that qualify for the Energy Star label. 

 

ProVia Door has received Energy Star Sustained Excellence recognition for its commitment to Energy Star, with 100 percent of its product line meeting Energy Star qualifications. The U.S. Department of Energy awarded the program for revising the company's product catalog to feature only Energy Star qualified products that meet compliance regulations in nearly all climate zones.
