The Heceta Head Lighthouse is the brightest light on the Oregon coast and is said to be the most photographed lighthouse in the United States. The lighthouse and the light keeper’s house are from 1894 and are listed on the National Register of Historic Places.
Today, the light keeper's house serves as an Interpretive Center and a Bed and Breakfast. Guests who stay at the B&B enjoy a seven-course breakfast and can walk to both the beach and the lighthouse.
