Actus Lend Lease received the Energy Star Excellence Award for their commitment to ensuring that all 40,000 homes in the military housing portfolio are as sustainable as possible. Actus Lend encouraged residents to incorporate Energy Star into their daily lives. The U.S. Department of Energy awarded the company for building 100% of its new homes Energy Star.

Nashville Area Habitat for Humanity

Nashville Area Habitat for Humanity is receiving Energy Star recognition for Excellence in Energy Efficient Affordable Housing, for promoting the use of Energy Star qualified products and the construction of Energy Star qualified homes through its residential home building program. The U.S. Department of Energy awarded the company for completing the largest all-Habitat community in the nation: Providence Park.
