It is clear that we need to limit emissions of CO2 and other greenhouse gasses, but what is the most effective way to do it? Many in Washington are pushing a "cap and trade" system, where businesses are given permits for how much they can pollute and can sell pollution rights if they operate under their assigned limit. Annie Leonard from "The Story of Stuff" has created another great video that provides a simple, entertaining perspective on a complex issue: cap and trade.
