Natural face care from the fridge?

Facials are great for the skin, as they remove free radicals, get rid of oil and do wonders for your pores and your face's natural moisture. I, like many men and women out there, love the idea and pampering of facials, but don't trust the chemicals and artificial ingredients in the packets and mixes that are the most reasonable at the store. So I did some "Youtubing" and found a wonderful channel called MichellePhan. She has some great (and easy!) methods of giving your face a nice spa treatment straight from nature and your kitchen.

You will need:
1 Organic Egg
2 bowls
A spoon
Natural face wash
A towel

Take the egg and crack it. Keeping the broken pieces still together, over a bowl pass the yellow from shell-half to shell-half, allowing the whites to fall into the bowl. After removing all the whites, put the yellow into a seperate bowl. Mix whites together with spoon until a bit foamy. Take whites and apply evenly over the skin. Allow to dry on the skin. As soon as you're at a point where you can no longer smile, wash off with natural face wash. Pat dry. Apply yellow evenly over the skin and follow the same steps as egg whites. And voila! Facial complete!

The benefit of the whites is that it gets rid of excessive oils and firms the skin. The yellow is a natural moisturizer.

Before sharing this, I wanted to make sure this really works. And it does-- my skin feels great!

I never knew a lil egg was so versatile. Cool post. Any recommendations on "natural face wash" that you reference above?

I'm not sure about a natural facewash, but relating to that, a piece of tomato with raw sugar is a natural scrub that can clean your pores. Just dip the tomato piece in sugar, rub on face like a scrub and rinse off with warm water.
