Hawtin Jorgensen Architects
The EPA recognized Hawtin Jorgensen Architects for the design of the Davey Jackson Elementary School. Davey Jackson Elementary School reduced their C02 by 134 tons per year, a 34 percent reduction. The school, working with Hawtin Jorgensen Architects, saved about $17,000 annually.
City of Casper
Casper has been honored with a Building Healthy Communities for Active Aging Award.  Casper's Senior Study Committee analyzed local data and reviewed focus group findings.  They identified gaps in services; including the need to build a better infrastructure to improve walking and the need to build a variety of housing options for the elderly.
