The U.S. Green Building Council is celebrating its 15th anniversary as the leader in the green building industry in the United States and abroad.  The USGBC is responsible for the Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design (LEED) rating systems.  From new construction commercial buildings to retail outlets, LEED certified projects are sprouting up across the world. 

 

To honor its 15th anniversary, the USGBC has uploaded an eight-part video series to YouTube.  The video above is the first in the series. I highly recommend that anyone interested in green building watch the entire series.
