Some call it a stimulus bill. Some call it an economic recovery bill. No matter what you call it, the American Recovery and Reinvestment Act 
very likely helped our nation avert economic disaster. On Wednesday, the Recovery Act reached its first anniversary. While the economy has seen growth thanks to the act, there is still much to be done. President Obama and Vice President Biden reflected on the first year of the Recovery Act and then briefly look forward to its future.
