U.S. Mayors applaud Recovery Act

On February 17, 2009, the American Recovery and Reinvestment Act (ARRA) was signed into law. This begin a series of funding projects aimed 
to boost the nation’s economy, provide green jobs training programs for America’s under and unemployed work force, expand renewable energy research and much more. In honor of the 1st year anniversary of the Recovery Act, several U.S. Mayors took the time to record a video detailing how the ARRA has boosted their local economies.
