While President Obama continues to get flack from both sides of the aisle for his proposed economic package, Austan Goolsbee is returning to the White House White Board to explain the proposal. Earlier this week, President Obama detailed his plan to temporarily extend the Bush-era tax cuts, extend unemployment benefits, give everyone a one-year payroll tax break and more. While the proposal seems pretty straightforward, Goolsbee — who is chair of the White House Council of Economic Advisers — takes the time to explain Obama’s plan in this video.
