In 2009, farming was designated as the hottest geen job for this decade by Fast Company magazine. It turns out that one aspect of

farming is definitely hot – the land. CNNMoney examines a new trend in the farming world: investors are buying up farmland for the resale value. Investors don’t have visions of bountiful crops instead they have visions of a future flip and a nice payday. I’m curious what will this trend mean for the farming industry in 2012.
