Science, technology, engineering and mathematics (STEM) jobs are a critical part of the nation’s long-term economic recovery. The majority of STEM jobs are in male-dominated fields, but females are just as qualified (says this blogger, the daughter of a female mathematics teacher). In this video, the spotlight shines on the young female scientists who participated in the White House Science Fair in February.
