The U.S. economy has been in the dumps since the most recent economic recession began in December 2007. Although President Obama has focused on the economy since he first took office, Americans are still concerned about a double dip recession or even the third depression. However, there is a bright light amongst all this negativity — Warren Buffett.

 

Buffett is a financial genius and in a recent interview with Yahoo! News and the Huffington Post, Buffett predicts that the economy will improve in the next few years. During the interview, Buffett said the government has done the right things to help improve consumer confidence and boost our economy, including the passage of the Recovery Act, which includes a strong focus on green jobs and a clean energy economy.
