About 80 percent of young professionals are interested in securing a green-collar job or working in an industry that has a positive impact on the environment, according to MonsterTRAK.com, a job site geared toward recent graduates. Luckily, green jobs are growing, and industries like renewable energy and energy efficiency currently provide 8.5 million jobs in the United States, according to the American Solar Energy Society.
