The EPA’s Senior Environmental Employment Program (SEE) has an open position for an administrative assistant at its Ann Arbor, Michigan location. Prospective employees must be aged 55+ to participate in this program, which is dedicated to providing environmental jobs to America’s seniors.

One of the six national sponsors of the SEE Program is Senior Service America, Inc (SSAI). SSAI has been operating for four decades and provides employment services to the 55+ community in 23 states and Washington, D.C. In 1986, SSAI joined the EPA as a national sponsor of the Senior Environmental Employment Program.
The person that fills the administrative assistant position at the Ann Arbor Environmental Protection Agency office will be an employee of SSAI. The position will include the following duties: develop office procedures, answer the telephone, work with the staff calendars, and more.
In order to be considered for this position, SSAI has requested that prospective employees meet several requirements including age 55+, experience with personal computers, an understanding of MS Office and Lotus Notes, and the ability to multi-task and stay organized.
