I read an interesting piece on Yahoo yesterday. Despite last year’s extreme couponing craze, in 2012 Americans actually cut their coupon use by 17 percent compared to 2011.

Why? While the number of coupons available have increased, the coupons that most people use, food coupons have decreased. The coupon values have also decreased and more coupons are for two or three products, not just one. Redemption times for coupons are also decreasing.

I noticed over the past year that the online food coupons have not been as great as they were when I first started doing this monthly coupon feature. This month, the number of coupons I found for natural and organic products is about as dismal as I’ve ever seen. Still, every little bit helps, so here are the best online coupons I found for February 2013.

From Coupons.com
  • Larabar Uber Bars $.75/2
(Coupons.com seemed to have trouble loading past page 5 this morning. I tried several times. There may be additional coupons that I wasn’t able to see.)

From Mambo Sprouts
  • Country Choice Organic Product $1/1
  • Alexia Food $1/1
  • Arrowhead Mills $1/1
  •  Clif’s Kit’s Organic Bar Buy One Get One Free
  •  Several other coupons that might be of interest
From SmartSource.com
  •  Florida Crystals Organic Sugar $.55/1
  •  Florida Crystals Organic Agave $.65/1
From Upromise
You need to have a Upromise account, and you need to register your shopper card so the coupon will be embedded in the card. No paper coupon will print.
  •  Diamond Sea Salt  $.40/1
  •  Diamond Kosher Salt  $.40/1
From Whole Foods (must be used at Whole Foods stores)
  • Organic Valley Dairy Creamer $1/1
  •  Lundberg Organic Rice  $.75/1
  • Nature’s Path cereal $1.50/1
  • Muir Glen Products $1/2
  • Arrowhead Mills $1/1
  • Stonyfield Greek Yogurt $1/16 oz.
  • Many other coupons that might be of interest
From manufacturer websites
All of these coupons are ready to print. You don’t need to sign up for any newsletters, provide personal information, or jump through any other hoops.
  • Organic Valley - Various coupons a several Organic Valley products
  • Seeds of Change - $1 off any Seeds of Change Certified Organic product
  • Simply Organic – 8 different coupons for spices, dip mixes and more
For more manufacturers that offer online coupons, but make you jump through a couple of hoops for them, check out Where to find coupons for natural and organic products.

Please remember that products labeled natural are very loosely regulated. Some of them may contain genetically modified ingredients (GMO).
