An interview can make or break a candidate. When two candidates are on even ground, a great job interview can quickly put one ahead of the other. In today’s economy, that successful interview can make the difference between getting that coveted job offer and spending a few more months looking for work. A group of 10- and 11-year-olds at St. Elizabeth Catholic Academy in New York are already working on their interviewing skills, several years before they’ll even need to put them to use. In a world where practice makes perfect, the one-hour class can potentially put these students well ahead of their peers.
