Dogs and cats
are cute and cuddly. Both can even be expensive but which of these two popular house pets are less expensive to own? According to The American Society for the Prevention of Cruelty to Animals (ASPCA), cats are cheaper with annual costs topping out at just over $1,000 for food, toys, vet bills and grooming.
