Stand-up economist Yoram Bauman, Ph.D has some great insight into how you can best break up with your bank. According to Bauman, leaving your bank is kind of like leaving a relationship. If your bank isn’t adding value to your life then you are in a dysfunctional banking relationship and it is time to move on, just like you would do if you were in a dysfunctional personal relationship. Breaking up, with a bank or a person, isn’t always easy but Bauman’s advice can help you make the break with your bank and move on.
